Now here's something to celebrate! Feeling down? Come on out to Latrobe, PA and be part of the Great American Banana Split vibe! It's August! Forget that you are already seeing Christmas catalogues; celebrate the here and now by becoming one with a banana split. Listen to some fine music, too, while you are at it. I'm playing on Friday 8/23, time TBD. Since 2012, The Great American Banana Split Celebration, has experienced tremendous growth, bringing over 25,000 individuals to last year’s event. Fun Fact: The Banana Split was originally invented in Latrobe in 1904. As we continue growing this exciting event, our marketing committee has begun to plan our promotional efforts that will draw a regional crowd to Latrobe, which will exceed last year’s attendance. As in past years, we are encouraging extra emphasis on our Banana Split Theme! If possible, bring out your best banana themed items, foods, and ideas.
Hours: 12pm-8pm Friday (August 23), 10am-8pm Saturday (August 24), and 10am-5pm Sunday (August 25).
